• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment has been received.
• Personalized products are made specifically for each customer after the order is placed.
• Orders placed after our daily production cut-off may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We currently offer free shipping.

Estimated delivery times:

• Estonia: 1–3 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• Other countries: 5–14 business days (depending on destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Casperlux is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify the delivery carrier immediately and contact us as soon as possible. Include photographs of the package and product so we can investigate the issue.
