At Casperlux, we strive to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

• Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment has been received.
• Personalized products are made specifically for each customer after the order is placed.
• Orders placed after our daily production cut-off may be processed on the next business day.

Shipping

We currently deliver to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland.

Shipping is free to Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.

Shipping costs and any applicable free-shipping thresholds for Finland are shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery times:

• Estonia: 1–3 business days
• Latvia and Lithuania: 2–4 business days
• Finland: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Casperlux is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us at info@casperlux.com, and we will assist you in locating your order.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please notify the delivery carrier immediately and contact us as soon as possible. Include photographs of the package and product so we can investigate the issue.
