The owner of the online store (hereinafter referred to as the online store) is OÜ Hansen Quality (reg.code 12297732), located at Siidisaba 7, Tallinn.

Validity of contract of sale, product and price information

The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the online store.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.

Product information is provided immediately adjacent to the product in the online store.

Placing an order

Add the desired products to your shopping basket to order them. Fill in all of the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid via an online bank transfer. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.

You can pay securely through the following bank links:

  • Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, COOP Pank, POCO Pay.
  • Latvian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor.
  • Lithuanian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor.
  • Finland bank links: Nordea, Danske Pank, Pohjola, Alandsbanken, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Omaqp, Säästöpankki, Aktia, POP Pankki.
  • Visa / Mastercard card payments.

Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details.

The owner of the online store is the chief processor of personal data and forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

If we cannot deliver the ordered  goods  due  to  stock  running  out  or  for  any  other  reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.


Goods are shipped to the following countries: Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. Free shipment is to she folliwing countires:  Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. To receive the products, the buyer has the following options:

  • Estonia: Itella Smartpost and Omniva parcel lockers;
  • Latvia: Omniva parcel lockers;
  • Lithuania: Omniva parcel lockers;
  • Finland: Posti parcel lockers.

The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

All shipments within Estonia generally arrive at the destination specified by the purchaser within 3-7 business days of the date of entry into force of the contract of sale. All shipments outside of Estonia are guaranteed to arrive within 14 calendar days.

We have the right to ship goods in up to 45 calendar days in exceptional cases.


Our return policy lasts 14 days (if 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

To return your product, send us an email at info[at] including the following:

  • name of the product you are returning
  • date of order
  • date of receiving the product
  • purchaser’s name and contact info

You should then send the product with your contact info via International mail to the address noted on our Contact Us page. Once we have received the returned product(s), we will process the refund. We refund all fees to the customer (purchase price of the goods and delivery). 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will refund the amount paid within 14 days after receiving the returned goods. We refund all fees (purchase price and transport).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online store only uses the personal data entered by the purchaser (including name, phone number, address, e-mail and  bank  details)  for  processing  the  order  and  sending  goods  to  the purchaser. The online store forwards personal data to the transport service provider in order to deliver the goods.

The online store sends newsletters and offers to the purchaser's e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed their wish to receive them by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their desire to receive direct mail.

The purchaser is able to opt out of offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail address at any time by letting us know via e-mail or by following the instructions in an e-mail containing an offer.

Settlement of disputes

All complaints made by a purchaser about the online store must be e-mailed to info [ät]

If the purchaser and the online store are not able to settle the dispute by agreement, the purchaser may contact the Consumer Dispute Committee. You can review the procedural rules and submit a complaint here. The Consumer Dispute Committee is competent to resolve  disputes  arising  from a contract between a purchaser and the online store. Resolution of disputes by the  Consumer Dispute Committee is free of charge for the purchaser.

A purchaser may also turn to the dispute resolution bodies of the European Union.
